Effective date: September 24, 2026. High Demand Growth provides professional marketing and growth services remotely. The specific services, deliverables, timing, fees, and client responsibilities for each engagement are defined in the written proposal or service agreement accepted by the client.
Service delivery. Work may include strategy, campaign management, creative and offer development, lead-generation systems, landing pages or forms, follow-up automation, optimization, and advisory services. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise. Timelines may depend on client approvals, access, content, advertising-platform reviews, and other third parties.
Cancellations. A client may request cancellation by emailing alex@highdemandgrowth.com. Cancellation takes effect according to the notice period and other terms in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Strategy-call appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge before the call begins.
Refunds. Because our services involve reserved capacity and work performed for the client, fees for completed work, work already in progress, and committed service periods are generally non-refundable. Any deposit, setup fee, or prepaid amount is handled according to the applicable written agreement. If High Demand Growth approves a refund, it will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days; the client's financial institution may require additional processing time.
Advertising and third-party costs. Media spend and charges paid to advertising platforms, software providers, or other third parties are separate from High Demand Growth's service fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Those charges are governed by the third party's terms and generally cannot be refunded by High Demand Growth.
Billing questions and disputes. Clients should report a billing concern promptly by emailing alex@highdemandgrowth.com with their name, company, invoice or payment date, and a description of the issue. We will review the concern in good faith and respond as soon as reasonably practical. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
